Resource Print Solutions lends a helping hand to local Business Start-ups...

The Unit, based at Park Lane College in Leeds is a sharing and learning environment that provides the best possible start for a new business. The concept for the Unit was first developed in early 2005. The College identified a shortage of affordable incubator space in the city and a growing demand. They also identified that the majority of existing incubators were targeted at university graduates. The College therefore set out to create something with a difference.

Asif Choudry, Sales & Marketing Director from Resource Print Solutions is working with every business in the Unit to help improve their sales strategy. This exciting new concept launched in October 2007 and is already proving its worth.

Michaela Begley from Fit 2 Suit states, "Asif has definitely made us more focused in the business. Our sales have increased over the past 3 months. He has shown us how to better retain our customers and how to manage them more easily."

Asif works with each business looking at various aspects of sales, including scripts, contact systems, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing and forecasts.

Many new businesses don't feel that they have the skills or the confidence to sell, so this is often a part that is neglected.
