The challenge

To develop a corporate style that could be used across the full range of collateral and help the housing association engage with tenants in a more approachable manner.

Our solution

A mascot-style character was developed that embodies the personality traits that are appropriate to the organisation and its operation. 'Southpaw the Cat' was then used in an array of situations - from promoting customer service to explaining how to report a repair.
