Annual Reports

The challenge

The Together Housing Group formed on 1st April 2011 following the merger of three well established housing groups. However, each partner in the group still wanted to retain its local identity for their local communities, while benefiting from sharing skills, budgets and expertise with the rest of the partners.

Our solution

The concept for the first annual report “Home Sweet Home” was developed by tenants. Our task was to realise the tenants ideas and produce a single design framework that could then be amended to incorporate individual page content for each of the partners.

A set of 5 Annual Reports was produced using a single design concept - this helped us pass on massive savings for the group.
